The Minnesota Vikings have signed former CFL receiver Emmanuel Arceneaux to a three-year contract. The 6-foot-2 Arceneaux caught 130 passes for 1,972 yards and 12 touchdowns in the previous two seasons with the B.C. Lions. He was undrafted out of Alcorn State in 2009, but worked out for eight NFL teams in December after playing well for the Lions.
